I bought these socks based on the description and picture. I was looking for an ankle length, athletic style sock. I chose these socks over others because of the colors, and I was hoping they would be similar to my other Adidas socks. I received three pairs of white socks and one pair of gray socks. I did not get the blue as pictured. Also, these socks are extremely thin. They will probably work in a more casual shoe, but are not thick enough for athletic shoes.
