I look at reviews when I buy something so I thought it might help if this product had one. If the product matches your laptops specs then this case will work well. The cranberry color is true to the picture and getting it on my laptop was pretty self explanatory but it did come with instructions if they're needed. I haven't experienced any issues but there was a complaint on another review for a similar product about the case rubbing and scratching the computer. I imagine that this is similar to cell phone cases and I plan on handling the problem by routinely taking the case off and wiping away any particles that may have gotten in the cracks.

This case is the most beautiful color I have ever seen but after a week it was scratched EVERYWHERE. Mind you I took really good care of it but it scratched so easily and fingerprints are so hard to clean on it. Who ever says that the item came used, it didn't. The item is just so sensitive that it probably was scratched in transit. Mine did have a few scratches already and mine was manufactured sealed. I do still have the case on my Macbook as I am typing but it looks really bad. It is a shame though because like I said earlier the case is beautiful. I will be changing to their satin purple but it looks like that one may have the same issue. Here's hoping it doesn't.

Although this item was shipped promptly, it had several scratches on it. It looks as though I purchased a used cover when in fact, it was suppose to me new.
